Baked salmon






Baked salmon with herbs, juicy delicious and easy to prepare
Everything can be prepared in advance and bake near the submission .


Ingredients :
10 units of salmon fillets skin clean and washed
1/2 packet coriander washed
1/2 package parsley washed
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard paste plain ( not juice )
1 heaping teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 whole lemon

Instructions

Put the fish pieces in a bowl ,  squeezed half lemon over the fish and leave aside .

Chop parsley and cilantro to small pieces, place in a bowl, add 6 crushed garlic cloves , 
1 tablespoon mustard paste , 1 heaping teaspoon salt , juice of half a lemon and 1/3 cup olive oil ,
mix until blended (the smell and taste are terrific ) .
 
Place the fish fillets in a pan( not Rinse the lemon ) lined with baking paper, 
Spread each slice of fish spoonful of  herbs mixture , the rest divided again ,
Until this stagethe fish can be kept in the refrigerated for about 3 hours (closed with nylon)
Preheat oven 200 (C*) degrees Put the fish in baking for 20 minutes,
Find and serve .

Apple CAKE









Apple strudel crispy phyllo pastry filled with apples and cinnamon raisin walnut, light and tasty dessert ,  serve with ice cream or whipped cream ......


ingredient for 12 units
sheets phyllo dough 
1/4 cup oil
25 g butter (or butter fur)
3 large apples (Smith Grant Green)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons  vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar
Icing sugar for decoration

Instructions:
Peel the apples and Chop blocks 1cm / 1 cm 
in bowl, mix: apples, raisins, nuts, 1 tablespoon of lemon, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar . 

melt 25 g butterin in microwave bowl and add 1/4 cup oil,

Place on a baking paper 1 sheet phyllo dough, brush with oil and butter,
put another sheet phyllo dough  and brush lightly with oil, cut the sheets phyllo dough, into 4 equal squares,
at the end of each square Place a spoonful of apple mixture and raisins Fold the edge nearest filling the sheets phyllo dough  Fold the right side and the left side and fold until the rectangle put format (lined with parchment paper) when the seam towards down, fill the phyllo pastry the same way (when the oil is finished add a little more), Spread the squares in a little oil and bake in preheated oven heat to 180 degrees for 17 minutes or until the pastries are golden / brown,
Cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy themselves.
Keep in the refrigerator.

Scrumptious chicken with whole creamy potatoes , a good few hours in the oven and you get pure pleasure.

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken 2 pounds small potatoes 1.1/2 cup of sweet wine 1/2 cup water 6 units allspice 2 Units bay leaves
5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce 1 garlic clove 1.1/2 tablespoon of sweet paprika 1 garlic clove 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon ground pepper 2 teaspoons salt, ground 1 tablespoon Sedan / Honey

Instructions:

1. Put the chicken in the roaster, sprinkle the swee and hot chili  sauce, pepper , 1/4 teaspoon salt, Sedan, oil, sweet paprika,  1 crushed Clove garlic,
rub the chicken well,

Peel the potatoes, Put them around the chicken in the pot, add sweet wine, allspice and bay leaves, garlic and 1.1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, soak in the refrigerator for three hours, Put in an oven at 150 degrees for 5-6 hours every now and then sprinkle sauce over the chicken and potatoes.






Cookies with nuts and honey

Cadet Nuts - Nuts cookies filled with nuts and Georgian honey crispy thin crust and every bite is 
celebration,

40 cookies 

ingredient:

100 g butter (apart from the refrigerator 15 minutes before using)
 2 cups flour (250 grams)
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt

filling ingredient :

4 cups chopped walnuts nuts (300g)
3/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon ground cardamom

 Instructions :
1. in bowl put butter and flour and mix with a fork until crumbs,
add 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, salt, and -3/4 cup water,

2. mix the dough until it pleasant to touch ( do not add more flour if the dough  sticky tocontinue 
knead it works out (also can be prepared in a mixer with a dough hoo).

3. Place the dough in the refrigerator covered for 20 minutes, 
then knead again the dough (it has a textured elastic flexible) 
Enter again for 20 minutes to cool  in the refrigerator

4. during the late second prepare the filling: mix in a bowl the chopped nuts sugar honey and spices  mix it until the mixture is blended .

5. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, on a cookie sheet opens (you can manually dough is very elastic and pleasant to the touch) half of the dough into a rectangle 30 cm long and 5 cm wide, put half of the nuts over the dough, raise the edges of the dough to the middle and close the rectangle pinches, with a rolling pin Nrdd / flattened rectangle up and down until you see the rectangle nuts 1/2 inches thickness ,

6.pass the bakery oven baking pan with baking paper, baking 20 minutes at 170 degrees (heat) until pastry begins to brown, remove oven and cool thoroughly before cutting ,
