Baked salmon with herbs, juicy delicious and easy to prepare
Everything can be prepared in advance and bake near the submission .
Ingredients :
10 units of salmon fillets skin clean and washed
1/2 packet coriander washed
1/2 package parsley washed
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard paste plain ( not juice )
1 heaping teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 whole lemon
Instructions
Put the fish pieces in a bowl , squeezed half lemon over the fish and leave aside .
Chop parsley and cilantro to small pieces, place in a bowl, add 6 crushed garlic cloves ,
1 tablespoon mustard paste , 1 heaping teaspoon salt , juice of half a lemon and 1/3 cup olive oil ,
mix until blended (the smell and taste are terrific ) .
Place the fish fillets in a pan( not Rinse the lemon ) lined with baking paper,
Spread each slice of fish spoonful of herbs mixture , the rest divided again ,
Until this stagethe fish can be kept in the refrigerated for about 3 hours (closed with nylon)
Preheat oven 200 (C*) degrees Put the fish in baking for 20 minutes,
Find and serve .
